We just got invited to a coworker's house- he's British and his family
just moved here a couple weeks ago. They're getting moved into their
place and just asked if once they get settled, we'd "fancy comin' over
for a beer?" Woohoo! Our first personal, non-group invite. They appear
to be about our age and have a small child (2 maybe?). Anyways, I'm
just celebrating that someone thinks we might be more entertaining than
"Sabrina the teenage witch" (the only show that seems to be on tv
lately- it's like my ipod- it picks favorites).

Happy to hear of your meeting new friends, Steve said it was hard to make friends there. Have a great time or I hope you did have one already. Now you have someone to invite to your house. Hope you get your items soon, Peg
